Terms of Service
By using Expirio (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of terms
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Expirio SL. By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to accept this agreement.
2. Licence of use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on your personal devices, solely for domestic and non-commercial use.
3. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- Using the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineering the software.
- Using automated tools to extract data (scraping).
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the App.
4. User content
The data you enter in the App belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.
5. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that OCR will correctly read 100% of dates, that notifications will be delivered in all cases, or that the service will be available without interruption.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
6. Service modifications
We may modify or discontinue features. For significant changes, we will give at least 15 days' notice.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend your access if you breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
